1. About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of ibcrecyclingchicago.com (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Referral Service Only
IBC Recycling Chicago is a referral service. We take quote requests and pass them to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, clean, transport, or recycle IBC totes ourselves, and submitting a request does not create a contract for goods or services. Availability depends on partner suppliers.
3. Partner Suppliers
Any sale, purchase, pickup, delivery, or other service is a matter between you and the partner supplier. The partner supplier sets its own prices, terms, delivery arrangements, warranties, and returns. Review those with the supplier before you agree to anything.
4. Quote Requests
The quote request is free and carries no obligation. Please give accurate information. A partner supplier may decline a request, and a quote is not guaranteed.
5. Site Content
Content on this site, including guides, specifications, and blog articles, is general information. It is not legal, safety, or engineering advice. Regulations change, so check current regulations and the container's markings and manufacturer data before storing or shipping any material.
6. No Warranty
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site is accurate, complete, or always available, and we give no warranty for any product or service from a partner supplier.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, IBC Recycling Chicago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with a partner supplier.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, including by submitting false requests, interfering with its operation, or scraping it in a way that harms it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
