Privacy Policy

1. What This Site Is

IBC Recycling Chicago is a referral service. This site takes quote requests for IBC totes from the Chicago area and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare and fulfill quotes. This policy explains what the site collects and what happens to it.

2. What the Quote Form Collects

When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Company name, if you give one
• Street address, city, state, and ZIP or postal code
• The service, product type, grade, quantity, and timeframe you choose
• Any message you write
• Whether you ticked the box to receive text messages about your request

The form also records the page you sent it from and how you reached the site, such as the referring page or campaign.

3. How Requests Are Used and Shared

We use your request to prepare a quote and to reply to you. Requests go to the 1DB lead platform, which records them and passes them to partner suppliers so they can prepare quotes. A partner supplier that receives your request may contact you about it, and its own privacy practices apply to what it does with your details. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Text Messages

If you tick the text message box on the form, you agree to receive texts about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Ticking the box is optional, and you can request a quote without it.

5. Analytics and Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are used. Visitors in Europe or with a browser privacy signal are counted without cookies or storage on their device. Other visitors may get a first-party analytics cookie. Session recording is turned off, and the site sets no advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and meet any legal obligations, then delete them. Partner suppliers that received your request keep it under their own policies.

7. Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through this site. Send the request through our contact form and say what you would like changed. Some of this may also need to be requested from a partner supplier that received your request.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact form.
